Overview

An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute (HKSI Institute) will be held on Thursday, 25 April 2024, 5:30pm, at the HKSI Institute office.  For details, please refer to the "Notice of EGM".  

Voting rights are exclusive to Senior Fellows, Fellow Members, Ordinary Members, and Authorised Representatives of Corporate Members.   

To attend the EGM, Voting Members are encouraged to register in advance by clicking the “APPLY ONLINE” button on the webpage on or before 17 April 2024, 6:00pm. For Authorised Representatives of Corporate Members, please register by emailing us at [email protected]. Confirmation emails will be sent to successful registrants by 19 April 2024. 

Voting Members who are unable to attend the EGM in person can vote via proxy.
