SECRETARIAT 秘書處 54 Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Annual Report 2022 Staf f Engagement and Well Being We care for our staff and their well being. We held several small-scale activities during the year, including a leather workshop and baking classes to foster camaraderie among fellow colleagues. In addition, HKSI Institute branded hoodies were gifted to all staff during the year. Under the persistent COVID-19 pandemic environment, we continued to implement responsive measures and provide a safe environment for our staff, members, examination and training participants and visitors. • All staff and part-time invigilators are required to obtain negative RAT result before coming into the office, with RAT kits provided by the Institute • Staff are entitled to 1 day of vaccine leave for each dose received, to boost vaccination rate within the Institute • Costs of performing Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests can be r e imbu r sed unde r the Institute’s Group Medical Insurance Policy 員工參與及福祉 學會致力關顧員工福祉，在年內曾數 度舉辦皮革工藝坊、烘焙班等小型活 動，加強同事之間的團隊精神。另 外，我們亦製作了有學會標誌的時尚 運動外套，贈送予全體員工。 新冠疫情未止，我們亦持續採取防疫 措施，確保員工、會員、考生、學員 及訪客的安全。 • 向所有員工及兼職監考員派發 快速測試 (RAT) 套裝，確保他們 取得陰性結果方可進入學會辦 事處； • 為提高接種率，員工每接種一劑 疫苗，可獲一天有薪假期； • 員工可向學會的團體醫療保險 申請索償接受核酸測試 (PCR) 的支出。 Leather workshop 皮革工藝坊 Baking class 烘焙班
