59 香港證券及投資學會 二零二一年年報 Pandemic Response In ensuring that our business can operate safely, steps taken at the Institute include: • setting up a body temperature monitoring system to safeguard our people and visitors from any potential health risks, • installing a disinfectant robot and conducting antimicrobial surface protection to maintain a fresh and hygienic environment, and • providing protective essentials such as masks and sanitising items to staff members and visitors to minimise risk of exposure. Leveraging Technology Technology is a key enabler in enhancing our service offerings. In our effort to achieve operational excellence and enhance customers’ experience, our Innovation and Technology (IT) team expanded and restructured its resources to focus on application development, process automation, system architecture, as well as its infrastructure and services. The IT system architecture was redesigned and migrated to a hybrid cloud infrastructure which is more secure, cost effective, and stable – providing us a good foundation to build a scalable system. Several business automation and data analytic initiatives were commenced to provide more efficient, reliable and cost-effective solutions for us to plan, design and deliver appropriate service offerings. Moving forward, we will continue to drive business growth by leveraging on the advanced technology. 應對疫情 為確保營運安全，學會採取的措施包 括 • 採用體溫監測系統，保障同事及 訪客免受潛在健康風險威脅； • 使用智能消毒機械人及進行表層 抗菌防護處理，保持工作環境清 新衛生，以及 • 為員工及訪客提供口罩、消毒物 品等防疫必需品，盡量降低接觸 病毒的風險。 發揮科技力量 科技是我們賴以提升服務的關鍵。為 優化營運及改善客戶體驗，學會擴充 了現有的創新科技組，並重組資源， 轉以開發應用程式、流程自動化、系 統架構、基礎架構及服務為重點。 資訊科技系統架構經重新設計後，已 改用更安全、穩定和成本效益較佳的 混合雲基礎架構，為日後擴增系統奠 下良好基礎。另外，學會亦啟動了數 項業務自動化及數據分析措施，從而 獲取更快捷、可靠和成本低廉的方 案，配合我們策劃、設計和提供合適 服務。 展望未來，我們仍會借助先進科技推 動業務發展。 Body temperature monitoring system 體溫監測系統 Disinfectant robot 消毒機械人
