BUSINESS REVIEW 業務回顧 ENHANCING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT 豐裕專業成就 Promotion of FIS’s new scheme rules and benefits via the Institute’s social media platform 透過學會社交平台宣傳「專業培訓資助計劃」的新資助規則及優點 Financial Incentive Scheme (FIS) Under the HKSAR Government-funded WAM Pilot Programme, the FIS saw a remarkable increase in the number of applications received and reimbursements made during the reporting period due to inclusion of courses delivered in webinar format with specific conditions put in place. HKSI Institute had offered 12 new advanced level WAM seminars under the FIS for experienced WAM market practitioners. A one-minute application guide video and online advertising campaigns were arranged through Google, Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn to promote awareness of the relaxed eligibility requirements and understanding of the FIS application process.
