FEATURE 專題報導 44 Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Annual Report 2021 SIP 2020 Despite the discontinuity of internship arrangement by some participating employers (PEs) due to instability of COVID-19, the number of positions completed/appointed during the reporting period was the highest since the inception of the WAM Pilot Programme. T h e P E s r a t e d t h e i r o v e r a l l satisfaction rate at 89%, in particular the support rendered by the HKSI I ns t i t u t e imp l emen t a t i on t eam throughout the recruitment process. Most of them also revealed that the SIP had met 90% or above of their expectations. Meanwhile, almost all of the intern respondents said that they got a better understanding of the job functions and career prospects in the WAM sector and 91% reverted that the internship experience confirms their career choice in the WAM sector. 2020 年暑期實習計劃 受肺炎疫情影響，部分參與計劃的僱 主中止了實習安排，但學生在報告期 內完成實習╱獲聘的職位數目，仍創 下「資產財富管理業先導計劃」面世以 來新高。 僱主對上述計劃的整體滿意度達 89% ，尤其讚賞學會執行團隊在招 聘過程中提供的支援。大部分僱主認 為「暑期實習計劃」符合他們 90% 或以 上的期望。另一方面，幾近所有受訪 實習生表示，因此加深認識資產財富 管理業不同崗位的職能和發展前景； 91% 受訪者更指實習經驗堅定了他們 投身這行業的信心。 2021 年暑期實習計劃 雖然本地就業市場挑戰重重，又不乏 「虛擬實習」等其他實習方式，我們仍 致力招募僱主及大學生參與，讓年輕 人能及早學習資產財富管理業不同職 能。在學會努力下，無論是參與僱主 或實習職位數目，在 2021 年同告增 加，尤值一提的是，實習職位總數達 到 436 個，遠勝計劃最初定下三年 360 個的目標。 SIP 2021 Notwithstanding the challenging local employment market and keen competition of other internship o p p o r t u n i t i e s s u c h a s v i r t u a l internship, we remained diligent in recruiting PEs and undergraduate students to allow students to gain early exposure to the different functional roles in the WAM sector. This led to the increased number of PEs participation and 436 internship positions offered in SIP 2021, well exceeded the programme’s three- year target of 360.
