Verification of HKSI Institute Certificates/Examination Results

Applicants are required to follow the steps below to apply through the HKSI Institute Online Portal:

Step 1: Register an Online Portal Account (One-time process)

1. Create an account through the Online Portal
   Please ensure that the account is registered under a company name and company email address for verification service, and
2. Provide the login name of this designated account to [email protected] to notify the HKSI Institute to activate the account for verification service.

•  The HKSI Institute will process the account activation within two working days.
• Applicants must use this designated account for submitting applications and obtaining verification results.

Step 2: Acquire the "Result Verification Code" and Examination Details from the candidate. 

1. Applicants can retrieve the "Result Verification Code" from the candidate. Candidate should login to their Online Portal account and copy the code from their examination results.
2. It is advised that the Applicants obtain a copy of the Certificates/Notification of Results/Statement of Results from the candidate to ensure accurate information is provided in the verification applications.

Please be aware that the candidates has absolute discretion to decide whether to provide the code and examination details. 

Step 3: Submit Verification Applications

1. Applicants should submit their applications through the eForm "Result Verification" via the Online Portal.
2. Input the "Result Verification Code" provided by the candidate to apply for result verification services.
3. Input the details of the relevant HKSI Institute Certificates and/or Examination Results.
4. Complete the application by proceeding with the online payment process.

• The HKSI Institute charges an administration fee of HK$600 for verifying HKSI Institute Certificates/Examination Result Records for each examination paper/certificate and date.
  
  
• Applicants are required to make the payment for the administration fees through any of the online payment methods listed on our website. 
  
  
• All fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Applicants can download official receipts under "Receipt" in their company name immediately after submitting the applications to the HKSI Institute through the Online Portal.

Verification results will normally accessible through the Online Portal (eForm - Application Record section) approximately 30 minutes after a successful application.  The application record will remain available for one month from the date of application.

Under no circumstances shall the HKSI Institute be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, damage, liability or expense incurred or suffered which is claimed to have resulted from the use of or reliance on the verification services provided by the HKSI Institute, including without limitation, liability arising from fault, error, omission or delay by staff of HKSI Institute during the verification process.
