HFOP Module 12 - Risk Planning & Crisis Management

概要

This is Module 12 of the Henley Family Office Program (HFOP), which is the final module of the program. We return to many of the themes that other lecturers have referenced, including some of the themes that Walid introduced at the very beginning - the importance of family, maintaining harmony and preserving the legacy.

This module has two lectures. The first one covers a gamut of things that could go wrong, and how to be prepared for them. Apart from formal lecture, it also includes some fireside chats with guest speakers, one of them discusses the risks associated with social media, amongst other cyber-related risks.

The second lecture is all about dispute resolution, and the different methods (both destructive and constructive) that families use to resolve their issues. It shows that collaborative practice can resolve issues with a win-win result.

This module is a 4.5-hour (approx. study time) course and is eligible for 3 SFC CPT/PWMA OPT hours.
