Mentee applicants are invited to attend the Special Sharing Session to get to know more of the programme and the range of talent grooming initiatives offered by the HKSI Institute.

Mentors and mentees will reflect on their experiences within their groups, including lessons learnt, and valuable advice and benefits gained from the programme. We will also share the overall expectation of, and involvement, from participants.

We hope that mentee applicants will learn:

• to plan your career path with the Mentoring Programme
• to enhance your communication skills with your peers
• to experience personal and professional development

They are strongly recommended to attend the session, to get the most out of the journey under this programme.
