The updated version of study guide for LE Paper 17 is now available and will be effective for examinations from 1 March 2025 onwards

The updated version of study guide for LE Paper 17 “Regulation of Takeovers and Share Buy-backs” (Version 1.1) is now available. With effect from 1 March 2025, examination questions of the LEs will be based on this study guide. For details, please refer to Updating Your Study Guides.
