Some of it is hype whereas some of it leads to changes in the industry landscape. In the seminar, Mr Scott Likens will share his perspectives on these emerging technologies.

Mr Scott Likens is the Partner in Hong Kong where he leads PwC's Analytics and Emerging Technologies business and co-leads the Experience Centre for PwC China and Hong Kong. He has over 20 years of experience in emerging technologies including e-commerce, digital architecture, mobile technologies and social customer engagement. He has helped clients use technology to build a customer experience strategy and use customer analytics to enhance both digital and physical operations. He has applied his deep knowledge of Big Data and analytics to help clients across industries from insurance, transportation to financial services, leveraging advanced algorithms and predictive measures to generate business insights. He has worked with some of the biggest multi-national and local companies to transform their business using global digital trends with a local lens. Prior to coming to Hong Kong, he worked in the US leading PwC’s Emerging Technologies Group.
