7 Appreciation The achievements of 2024-2025 were accomplished through the steadfast support of our stakeholders. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our former Chairperson, Mr Colin Shaftesley, and our Board for their leadership and strategic guidance in shaping the Institute’s direction; to our Committee members, task forces, and working groups for their invaluable contributions; and to our members and partners for their continued trust and collaboration. We also wish to acknowledge the government and regulatory bodies, including the Financial Services and Treasury Bureau (FSTB), SFC, Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), IA, MPFA, Accounting and Financial Reporting Council (AFRC), HKEX, and the Financial Services and Development Council (FSDC), for their unwavering support and recognition of our efforts. To the Secretariat team at HKSI Institute, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your exceptional professional ism, dedication, and enthusiasm over the past year. Your efforts to consistently meet challenges and deliver quality results have been instrumental in driving our Institute’s growth and continuous improvement. Looking Ahead The Board has remained focused on empowering our members and practitioners to stay future-ready amidst evolving geopolitical and macroeconomic challenges, and a rapidly transforming, artificial intelligence (AI)-driven market. We strive to del iver value added and relevant services to our members, training participants and examination candidates, supporting the upskilling and reskilling of in-service market practitioners and contributing to the development of future talent.
