MESSAGE FROMBOARD CHAIRPERSON AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE 董事局主席及行政總裁的話 6 Dur ing the repor t ing per iod, we st rengthened our brand by implementing a strategic online presence, refining our social media content strategy, and providing more engaging and relevant materials al igned with our audience’s interests. These efforts resulted in increased follower engagement, consistent growth across all platforms, broader dissemination of our content, and better communication of our initiatives. Despite operating in a challenging environment, the Board recognised the importance of strategic investments in our people and infrastructure, complemented by ongoing efforts to strengthen governance, risk management and organisational resilience. Following the entity-level internal controls audit completed in the previous reporting period, the Board approved appointing independent specialists to conduct thematic reviews on our examination and corporate membership functions, as well as to assess the cybersecurity of our IT systems, ensuring our internal controls remain effective. Key infrastructure enhancements and process automation initiatives were implemented to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. To support the well-being of our staff, we organised events such as an eSports day with virtual reality competitions, and a laughter yoga session to promote relaxation and stress relief. As part of our ongoing sustainability commitments and cost saving measures, we implemented effective initiatives in 2024/2025, including going paperless, ending the use of paper cups, and encouraging staff to embed eco-conscious practices across our operations. As a result, printing volume decreased by 32%, while general waste fell by 26%. Recognising Outstanding Leaders Continuing our tradition of recognising outstanding leaders, the HKSI Institute inducted Mr Tim Lui as Honorary Fellow at the annual Autumn Dinner held on 6 November 2024 for his significant contributions to Hong Kong’s financial services sector, particularly throughout his tenure as Chairman of the SFC from 2018 to 2024. The Institute also values the accomplishments of its members who have made meaningful contributions to both the Institute and the wider industry. Progression to HKSI Institute Senior Fellowship honours these individuals, establishing them as inspirations to others. Last year, we proudly welcomed Mr Samuel Choi, Dr Helen Leung, and Mr Robert Lui as Senior Fellows. 於報告期內,我們透過策略性網絡佈局來強化 品牌形象、優化社交媒體內容,並持續推出更 具吸引且貼近受眾興趣的資訊,有效提升品牌 影響力。這些舉措成功促進追蹤者在各平台上 的互動,推動內容觸及範圍擴大,也讓我們倡 議的信息得以更加有效傳遞。 儘管營運環境充滿挑戰,董事局重視人才及基 礎設施方面的策略性投資,並持續強調管治、 風險管理及機構韌性的重要性。繼去年完成機 構層面的內部監控審計後,董事局批准委任獨 立專家對考試及機構會籍職能進行專題檢討, 並評估資訊科技系統的網絡安全,以確保內部 監控持續有效。我們亦推行多項基礎設施升級 及流程自動化措施,以提升營運效能與效率。 為促進員工身心健康,我們舉辦多項活動,包 括結合虛擬實境比賽的運動日,以及推廣放鬆 和減壓的大笑瑜伽等活動。 為履行持續發展承諾及推動節省成本方案,我 們於 2024/2025 年度採取多項有效措施,包括 無紙化、停用紙杯,並鼓勵員工在日常營運中 實踐環保理念。在這些舉措下,印刷量減少 32% ,一般廢物亦減少 26% 。 表彰傑出領袖 秉承學會表彰卓越領袖的傳統,我們於 2024 年 11 月 6 日舉行的年度秋季晚宴上,授予雷添良 先生榮譽資深會員頭銜,以感謝他對香港金融 服務業的重大貢獻,尤其是在 2018 年至 2024 年 擔任證監會主席期間的卓越領導。 我們同樣重視會員為學會和業界所作的寶貴貢 獻。透過授予傑出資深會員頭銜以表彰其成 就,成為業界典範,啟發業界同仁。去年,我 們榮幸宣佈蔡奮威先生、梁浩雯博士和呂志宏 先生成為傑出資深會員。 HKSI Institute Annual Report 2025
