5 Apart from hosting two signature regulatory luncheon series featuring Mr Cheng Yan-chee, Managing Director of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) and Ms Bonnie Y Chan, Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), as well as four regulatory series during the reporting period, our continuous professional training (CPT) offerings placed special emphasis on core regulatory and compliance related topics, and trending or emerging areas such as virtual asset, sustainability, asset and wealth management, family office and Fintech. Over 46% of CPT courses were asset and wealth management related, which also qualified for the financial incentive scheme under the government- funded Pilot Programme to Enhance Talent Training for the Asset and Wealth Management Sector (WAM Pilot Programme). With evolving learning preference, the demand for digital learning solutions continued to grow, contributing about 50% of total training revenue in 2024/2025. Nurturing Talent for Industry Growth Nurturing talent remains central to our mission. This year, our flagship talent development case competition continued to grow in strength, recording a 78% increase in student participation and opening opportunities to selected universities in the GBA. The 2025 sustainability themed Case Competition featured a multi-stage format and immersive learning opportunities, providing undergraduate students with coaching, networking, and direct engagement in sustainability-focused projects. Similarly, our Project Sponsors gained significant benefits through these action learning projects. As the appointed implementation agent for the WAM Pilot Programme, we worked closely with the approved training providers to broaden asset and wealth management (WAM) related training programmes for in- service market practitioners seeking entry or advancement within the sector. Furthermore, through proactive recruitment initiatives, we have seen increased participation from eligible employers offering WAM related internship positions, as well as a growing number of student applications. These internships provide students with invaluable real- world experience and professional exposure. Enhancing Our Capabilities We continued working to make our examinations more cost-effective and accessible to international examination candidates. After the successful launch of a new examination system last year, we rolled out flexible examination scheduling in August 2024, which allows candidates to reschedule their examination at no additional cost if they are unable to attend their originally scheduled sessions. The options for online examination platform and test centre services outside of Hong Kong became available in mid-2025.
