As we look ahead, I am confident that our continued focus on innovation, capacity building, and member-centric initiatives will create impact and drive sustained success for our Institute and the financial services community.” 「在三年策略計劃引領下,我們所取得的成果,正正體現出我們對執 行 2024/2025 年度重點工作的承諾,包括拓展會員參與、促進營運 卓越、擴充服務範圍,並加強人才與基礎設施。展望未來,我深信持 續聚焦創新、能力提升及以會員為本的策略,將為學會及整個金融服 務業界帶來深遠影響,並延續我們的優勢。」 建立更具凝聚力的會員社群 今年,在一系列重點招募及會員參與舉措推動 下,我們的會員社群除突破性增長外,參與率 亦大幅提升。我們進行個人會籍問卷調查以收 集針對性措施的意見、舉辦會員專享主題交流 活動及網上研討會、重啓新銳會活動、擴展會 員福利與服務,並投放特定資源推動機構會籍 拓展。連同重點案例比賽及會員大使計劃,上 述舉措帶動參與主席年度酒會活動的高級管理 層出席人數遞增兩倍,推高會員參與度,並令 個人會員增長 11% 至 2,819 名,機構會員則增 長 4% 至 139 名,續會率維持穩定。 我們在深化會員參與方面取得了顯著成效,其 中以年輕會員與機構會員兩大群體參與最為踴 躍。衷心感謝新銳會議會成員,他們發起並主 導多項專為吸納年輕會員的活動,包括推出面 向年輕專業人士的 podcast 及招募影片,舉辦 就業講座和履歷諮詢工作坊,以及緊貼市場熱 話的專題講座。在委任專責機構會員關係經理 後,我們更有效地掌握並回應會員需求,不僅 提升了機構會員的招募和參與度,高階管理層 的參與也顯著增加。 Building A Stronger Membership Community This year, our membership community has experienced substantial growth and greater participation, driven by several key recruitment and engagement initiatives. We conducted an Individual Member Survey to gather feedback on targeted initiatives, organised member- exclusive thematic networking events and webinars, revitalised the Young Professionals Club (YPC) activities, enhanced member benefits and services, and allocated dedicated resources to foster corporate membership development. In addition to our flagship Case Competition and Member Ambassador programmes, these collective efforts tripled senior attendance at our premier Chairman’s Cocktail event, boosted member engagement, and led to an 11% increase in individual membership, reaching 2,819 members, while corporate membership grew by 4% to 139, with stable renewal rates. We made significant progress in deepening engagement, especially within our younger and corporate member segments. We are grateful to our YPC Councillors for initiating and leading tailored activities to attract and involve young members, including launching podcasts and recruitment videos for young professionals, hosting career talks and CV clinics, and organising talks on topical subjects. The appointment of a dedicated relationship manager to gain deeper insight into, and respond to, the unique requirements of Corporate Members has resulted in notable improvements in corporate membership recruitment and engagement, particularly among senior executives. 香港證券及投資學會 二零二五年年報
