GOVERNANCE 管治 OUR GOVERNANCE │學會管治 Board Chairperson Mr Kevin Liem was elected Chairperson by the Board Directors on 23 October 2024 for a one-year term, effective from the 27th AGM, succeeding Mr Colin Shaftesley, who served as Chairperson for the past three years. The Chairperson leads the Board in setting the overall strategy, directions and policies of the HKSI Institute and takes the role as an ex-officio member in all committees. Committees There are seven standing committees under the Board, which play a crucial role in overseeing defined functions and providing expert counsel on the HKSI Institute’s programmes and operations. The committee members also serve as ambassadors, promoting the HKSI Institute, its initiatives and service offerings. 董事局主席 林子傑先生於 2024 年 10 月 23 日獲董事局成員 選任主席，任期一年，並自第 27 屆周年大會起 生效，接替過去三年出任主席的石鈞年先生。 主席肩負領導董事局為學會制訂政策及整體策 略，並以當然成員身份出任學會所有委員會。 委員會 董事局下設七個常設委員會，負責監督學會籌 辦的活動及營運並提供專業意見，發揮重要作 用。此外，委員會成員亦擔當大使角色，負責 推廣學會及其倡議的措施和服務。 Mr Kevin Liem (right) succeeded Mr Colin Shaftesley as Board Chairperson on 18 December 2024 林子傑先生（右）於 2024 年 12 月 18 日接替石鈞年先生出任董事局主席 HKSI Institute Annual Report 2025 10
