GOVERNANCE 管治 OUR GOVERNANCE │學會管治 The HKSI Institute is governed by its Board which comprises of experienced professionals from diverse background. The Board consists of directors elected by its Members and those being appointed by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). The Board may exercise all the powers of the HKSI Institute and plays a crucial role in setting the strategy, directions and policies of the HKSI Institute.
