Employee Engagement We are committed to building a more open and connected workplace by fostering a sense of community and support among employees. To achieve this, we have implemented initiatives like: • Regular smal l group tea sessions wi th the Inst i tute’s Chief Executive, facilitating candid and direct conversation between new and seasoned staff members • Quarterly birthday celebrations and special recognitions during our Town Hall meetings • Long service awards honouring our valued staff members with 10 years of service or more • A comprehensive e-Induction Programme for newly joined staff • Celebrations of various festivals and traditions. In addition, we have rolled-out the competency framework of each staff level, ensuring that a fair and transparent reward system is in place to recognise and reward their efforts and achievements. As we continued to cultivate a sense of community and promote a culture of giving, our participation in the Community Chest has also been a huge success, with a total donation of HKD12,000, thanks to the enthusiastic response to our Halloween Dress Up Competition and the extension of the event to a fun-filled “Dress Casual Week”. Building on this momentum, we conducted a Staff Recreational Activities Survey, to better understand staff interest and preferences for future activities. Our commitment to fostering an engaged and agile work environment has generated positive outcomes. This includes the ability to mobilise a new team to recommence the WAM Pilot Programme shortly after the announcement of its extension in late February 2023. Additionally, we have observed a notable decrease in staff turnover from 28% in 2022/23 to 18% in 2023/24. Chinese New Year Celebration 農曆新年慶祝活動 Staff Annual Dinner 員工周年晚宴 員工參與 我們致力透過加強員工之間的凝聚力和互助精 神,打造一個更加開放和互聯的工作環境。我 們為此推行的措施包括: • 舉行與學會行政總裁的小型茶聚,讓新入 職和資深員工可坦誠表達意見 • 在員工大會上舉行季度生日會及特別慶祝 • 頒發長期服務獎,以答謝為我們效力 10 年 或以上的重要員工 • 為新入職員工提供全面的網上入職培訓 • 各種節日和傳統的慶祝活動 此外,我們就各員工級別推出能力評估框架, 實行公平和透明的獎勵制度,以表揚和獎勵員 工的付出和出色表現。 我們積極培養社群精神和回饋社會的文化,鼎 力支持公益金活動,員工踴躍參加我們的萬聖 節裝扮大賽及延長的便服週,樂在其中之餘, 更成功籌得合共港幣 12,000 元的善款,成績驕 人。不僅如此,我們還進行員工康樂活動意見 調查,以充分了解員工的興趣和對未來活動的 偏好。 我們致力構建共融和靈活的工作環境,為學會 帶來不少正面成果,包括在資產財富管理業先 導計劃於 2023 年 2 月底獲延長後,我們很快能 動員新團隊重啟計劃。不僅如此,我們的員工 流失率更是由 2022/2023 年度的 28% 顯著下降 至 2023/2024 年度的 18% 。 53 香港證券及投資學會 二零二四年年報
