SECRETARIAT 秘書處 We are driving business growth through targeted initiatives that enhance our performance. These include operational improvements, strengthened information technology (IT) infrastructure, enhanced communication and promotion efforts, and the creation of a supportive and inclusive work environment. By focusing on these areas, we are engaging more effectively with our internal and external stakeholders, boosting employee wellbeing, and achieving a high performance environment. Operational Efficiency We kicked off the automation of forms and eSignatures to streamline our processes and improve efficiency. Notably, the digitalisation of the individual membership application form in late March 2023, marked an important milestone in this effort, allowing our team to employ a holistic approach to manage approvals, streamlining our workflow and eliminating manual process. We also participated in our management office’s initiatives to improve our sustainability performance, including a comprehensive analysis of our conventional waste measurement. This effort will enable us to better understand and monitor our waste performance and make data-driven decisions to improve our environmental impact in the long run. Technology and Security Similar to previous years, we made significant investments in our technology infrastructure, enhancing data protection with strong security measures. This ensures the integrity of our information and bolsters our operational resilience against evolving and rising cyber threats. Additionally, we reviewed and successfully implemented the use of electronic business cards in April 2024.
