Technological advancements have empowered the growth of the HKSI Institute, as we reengineer and enhance our infrastructure, processes, and methodologies. Miss Ruth Kung Chief Executive the highest over the past 10 years, with 62% generated from digital learning solutions and corporate training. Furthermore, enrolments in the public CPT courses and qualification programmes witnessed a significant 22% increase from the previous year. Equally important, our ESG-themed Case Competition garnered substantial support from corporate sponsors. This talent grooming initiative achieved exceptional success by not only educating young individuals about ESG and fostering participation from GBA students, but also by enhancing member engagement and recruiting student members. Membership Enhancements and Benefits To better serve our members and the community, we implemented a strategic restructuring that led to the creation of two distinct teams: Membership and Market Development. The Membership team is focused on providing support and enhanced membership value propositions to members, while the Market Development team is dedicated to outreach and recruitment efforts aimed at expanding our target pool and increasing our industry impact. During the reporting period, we conducted a pulse survey to gather member views on improving benefits and services. Following the feedback received, we offered eligible members free eCredits for training and seminars. In addition, we have partnered with The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) Digital MBA and Part-time MBA programmes to provide our members with special tuition fee reduction for these programmes. Furthermore, student members can now enrol in any examination sessions of the Licensing Examination for Securities and Futures Intermediaries (LE) Paper 1, 7, 8 and 12 with a 50% discount, which provides them with increased flexibility in pursuing their studies and aligning with their career goals. On top of that, we have introduced the Online Individual Membership Application Portal, which has streamlined the membership recruitment process, resulting in reduced approval time and improved accessibility for applicants. Employee Engagement & CSR We place a high priority on employee engagement and well-being. To achieve this, we organise various events and initiatives.
