HKSI Institute AR2023

STAFF ENGAGEMENT AND WELL-BEING Employees are invaluable resources that are crucial to the growth and success of our Institute, and their engagement and well-being are our highest priority. We organised a series of activities and implemented policies in line with the new working norms during the financial year. Small-scale activities such as cooking classes and mosaic workshop were organised to foster camaraderie among fellow colleagues. With relaxed measures implemented by the Hong Kong government, our Staff Annual Dinner was successfully held in March 2023. The event provided an opportunity for our board members and staff to gather and celebrate the Institute’s 25th anniversary, marking the first such gathering in three years since the COVID-19 pandemic. Long Service Awards were also presented to staff who have served the Institute for 10 years or more, in recognition of their contributions and achievements.
