SECRETARIAT In line with our move to optimise costs, our warehouse was relocated from Worldwide Centre in Tai Kok Tsui to Eight Commercial Tower in Chai Wan in April 2022, bringing our warehouse closer to our new office and allowing for improved coordination and streamlined logistics. OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE RELOCATION After 20 successful years at Wing On Centre in Sheung Wan, we embarked on a significant milestone by relocating our office to Taikoo Place in Quarry Bay on 3 May 2022. This strategic move was aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency, as well as proximity to key business areas, enabling us to better serve our members and stakeholders. The new office design perfectly embodies our dedication to cultivating a dynamic work and learning environment. The choice of vibrant colours not only adds a touch of liveliness but also aligns with our mission to reinforce, raise, and promote professional standards of excellence in our field. A number of additions were made to our office facilities, including: • a versatile Member Corner to greet and serve members in a casual and relaxing manner, while it can also be transformed into a private discussion area; • a new studio equipped with audio-visual equipment, backdrop and green screen is established to deliver high quality and professional webinars; • an air-purification system is installed in the Computer-based Examination Centre (CBE Centre) and functional rooms to ensure a safe environment, especially during COVID-19 pandemic in recent years; and • a beverage vending machine is placed at the pantry for staff enjoyment, subsidised by the Institute on a monthly basis.
