The SIP effectively connects employers in wealth and asset management sector with university students seeking internship opportunities, offering the students with extensive exposure. DELIVERING VALUE FOR MEMBERS Enriching our Member Benefits During the reporting period, we conducted a pulse survey to gather member views on improving benefits and services. The results showed that training-related benefits were the most highly valued and welcomed, as they facilitated our members’ continuous education need. Based on this feedback, we have enhanced our member benefits and introduced new ones. Eligible individual members were provided with free eCredits during this period, which can be utilised towards training programmes and seminar enrolment. Starting from October 2022, we have become the supporting organisation for the HKUST Digital MBA for Global Leaders and Part-time MBA Programme. This partnership brings added advantages to our members, as they can now enjoy a tuition fee reduction of HKD45,000 upon successful enrolment in these programmes. Furthermore, we have made revisions to the LE 50% Discount Scheme for Student Members, enabling them to enrol in all examination sessions for LE Papers 1, 7, 8 and 12 since February 2023. This change will provide greater flexibility for our Student Members, allowing them to plan their studies more effectively and further their career goals. HKSI Institute Annual Report 2023 38
