BUSINESS REVIEW 業務回顧 ENHANCING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT 豐裕專業成就 CPT 系列研討會 學會最為人所知的重點培訓活動，就是邀請監管機構代表及政 府官員主講的 CPT 系列研討會。我們雖未能在報告期內舉辦大 型現場研討會或午餐會，但仍策劃了 7 場以監管事宜為主題的 網上研討會，吸引 830 名人士參與。 Signature CPT Series CPT series featuring regulators and government officials have been our signature training programmes. Although we were unable to conduct large scale in person seminars or luncheons during the reporting period, our seven regulatory webinars had attracted 830 enrolments. At the webinar “Latest Regulatory Developments in the Hong Kong Banking System” on 16 June 2021, Mr Arthur Yuen , Deputy Chief Executive of Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), shared three strategic directions of HKMA in bank regulation namely green finance, fintech strategies and Regtech as well as the latest initiatives of Greater Bay Area. 2021 年 6 月 16 日，香港金融管理局 (HKMA) 副行政總裁 阮國 恆先生 應邀出席題為 「香港銀行體系最新監管方向」 的網上研 討會，闡述 金管局在銀行監管上的三大方向 包括綠色金融、 金融科技策略、監管科技，以及關於大灣區的最新措施。 Ms Alice Law with moderator Mr Colin Shaftesley 羅盛梅女士與研討會主持石鈞年先生 Mr Arthur Yuen (right) with moderator Mr Bonn Liu, Education & Development Committee Member 阮國恆先生（右）與主持人廖潤邦先生，廖先生為持續培訓委員會成員 2021 年 6 月 4 日，強積金管理局 (MPFA) 時任副主席及行政 總監 羅盛梅女士 應邀出席題為 「強積金、證券及期貨資深監 管者的洞見」 的網上研討會。羅女士亦是學會的傑出資深會 員，從事監管工作 20 多年，對於監管者與被監管者一些錯綜 複雜的互動和關係，有極仔細的觀察和分析。另外，她還剖 析了監管機構在數碼年代的主要挑戰和機遇。 “Insights of a Veteran Regulator from the MPF and Securities & Futures Spaces” on 4 June 2021 where Ms Alice Law , our Senior Fellow and then Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) shared her insightful observations of the intricate dynamics and relationship between regulators and regulatees from her 20 plus years’ experience as a regulator.
