BUSINESS REVIEW 業務回顧 ENHANCING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT 豐裕專業成就 Continuous Professional Training There was an increasing demand in continuous professional training (CPT) during the reporting period, especially in corporate training and the Trust Training Certificate (TTC) professional qualification programme which have contributed about 53% (2021: 39%) of the total training income of HKD11.7m (2021: HKD9.4m). Our dedicated corporate training t eam wo r ked c l ose l y w i t h ou r co r po r a t e t r a i n i ng c l i en t s and corporate members to address their training needs and identify areas where we could provide additional value to their staff development initiatives. A total of 122 training sessions were delivered for 21 clients and eCourse subscription by corporate clients increased by 20% as compared to last year. The Education & Development Committee Members had provided tremendous support by referring high profile speakers and recommending a wide range and relevant topics covering regulatory and compliance, ESG, Fintech, virtual assets, capital markets and market updates. Over 130 CPT seminars and courses were conducted in classroom, webinars or hybrid format during the reporting period. We also expanded our CPT eCourse library by converting 19 lunch webinar sessions into eSeminars and adding more new eCourses in areas such as ESG and hedge fund through partnership with various eLearning vendors. The total number of eCourses increased from 291 to 342. 持續專業培訓 報告期內，學員對持續專業培訓 (CPT) 的需求不斷增加，尤以機構培 訓及信託培訓證書 (TTC) 專業資格課 程最為顯著。兩者大約共佔培訓課程 總收入 1,170 萬港元（ 2021 ： 940 萬港 元）的 53% （ 2021 ： 39% ）。 學會設有機構培訓服務專責團隊，與 機構客戶和機構會員合作無間，全力 配合對方的培訓需要，找出如何額外 提升員工發展活動的價值。全年合 計，我們為 21 家客戶策劃了 122 節培 訓課程，機構客戶購買的網上課程亦 較對上一年增長 20% 。 持續培訓委員會成員在這方面提供了 堅實的支援，除了引薦知名講者，還 建議合適的課程主題，涵蓋監管與合 規、環境、社會與管治 (ESG) 、金融 科技、虛擬資產、資本市場及市場新 知。報告期內，我們通過面授、網上 講座或混合模式舉辦了逾 130 場 CPT 研討會及課程，又將 19 場網上午餐研 討會改為網上講座，並與各網上進修 服務商合作，加入不同主題例如 ESG 及對沖基金的網上課程，使 CPT 網上 課程庫的內容更加完備。現時，網上 課程的總數已從 291 項增至 342 項。 我們會定期檢討教材和講者表現，確 保 CPT 課程的質素。在最高為 5 分的評 分表上，我們與往年一樣取得整體平 均評分高達 4.4 分。 金融糾紛調解中心調解╱仲 裁員培訓課程 這是由金融糾紛調解中心 (FDRC) 發 起、學會聯同香港銀行學會共同推行 的培訓課程，於 2021 年 9 月 18 日至 10 月 15 日舉辦，旨在為 FDRC 招募和訓 練新的調解員及仲裁員。逾 60 位學員 成功畢業，課程亦獲外界好評。 We are committed to deliver high quality CPT courses by performing regular quality assurance review on the course materials and performance of our speakers. Same as last year, the overall average course rating was 4.4 out of the 5-point scale. Training Programme for FDRC Mediator/Arbitrator I n i t i a t ed by F i nanc i a l D i spu t e Resolution Centre (FDRC) and jointly implemented by HKSI Institute and the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers, a training programme aimed to recruit and train new FDRC mediators and arbitrators was delivered between 18 September and 15 October 2021.
