資格考試新增考卷 為配合證監會發牌制度中對從事受 《公司收購、合併及股份回購守則》 （《收購及回購守則顧問指引》）規管活 動的法團及個人所作出的「優化勝任能 力規定」，學會於 2021 年 11 月出版了 相應的溫習手冊《資格考試卷十七： 公司收購及股份回購規例》，並於 2021 年 12 月舉辦首場考試。在推出 卷十七考試前，我們特別安排了簡介 會，以協助考生備試。 另外，我們還精心設計了由 3 個單元 組成的中、英雙語版網上課程，能有 效幫助考生溫習上述守則的最新監管 規定，以及收購交易涉及的指引和程 序。 註冊私人財富管理師單元一 考試 註冊私人財富管理師 (CPWP) 單元一 考試除提供中英雙語對照的考卷外， 由 2021 年 5 月起，更提供中文簡體考 卷。 2021 年 9 月，我們更推出中文版 繁、簡體溫習手冊，為考生提供更多 選擇。 另外，我們在 2021 年 8 月及 11 月分別 舉辦了網上講座，邀請學會私人財富 管理專責小組成員張潔雯女士主講， 協助考生備試。講座上分享的應試要 訣和指引，亦已上載至學會的網上學 習平台。 審視金銀業貿易場資格考試 報告期內，學會與金銀業貿易場 (CGSE) 合作，全面審視並更新後者的 資格考試 (GSQE) 大綱及溫習手冊，以 配合業內轉變。全新的溫習手冊及電 腦應考模式已於 2021 年 9 月推出。 New LE Paper In response to the SFC’s licensing regime on enhanced competency requirements for corporations and individuals which undertake activities in connection with matters regulated by the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs (TC Adviser Guidelines), we published the “Licensing Examination Paper 17: Regulation of Takeovers and Share Buy-backs” study manual in November 2021, with its first examination held in December 2021. To better prepare candidates for the examination, a briefing session was held prior to the LE Paper 17 launch. In addition, a bespoke eCourse in three modules and two languages were also made available as a refresher for those who want to get an update of the latest regulatory requirements under the Codes, the relevant guidelines and procedures in a takeover transaction. CPWP Module 1 Examination Since May 2021, the CPWP Module 1 Examination was offered in Simplified Chinese as well, in addition to English and Traditional Chinese. This was then followed by the publication of Traditional and Simplified Chinese study manual in September 2021 to provide more options to candidates. Moreover, two webinar sessions by Ms Alison Cheung, our Private Wealth Management Taskforce Membe r , we r e he l d i n Augus t and November 2021, to support candidates’ preparation for the examination. The tips and guidance shared were also published on the Institute’s learning portal as part of the study support. Review of GSQE During the reporting period, the Institute and the Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society (CGSE) jointly completed a comprehensive update to the syllabus and study manual of the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society Qualification Examination (GSQE) to keep pace with industry changes.
