11 香港證券及投資學會 二零二二年年報 The HKSI Institute is governed by its Board which consists of directors elected by its Members and those being appointed by the SFC. The Board may exercise all the powers of the HKSI Institute and plays a crucial role in setting the strategy, directions and policies of the HKSI Institute. It also provides guidance and support to, as well as oversees the work of, the Chief Executive and the Secretariat. 2022 Board Appointment The 2022 Board comprises of 15 experienced professionals from diverse background. Mr Vincent Chan, Mr Robert Lui, Mr Colin Shaftesley, Mr Barry Tong and Mr 1 Elected on 9 December 2021 2 Retired on 9 December 2021 3 Resigned on 30 September 2021 4 Re-appointed on 9 December 2021 5 Appointed on 9 December 2021 6 Re-elected on 9 December 2021 董事局是由會員選出及證監會委任的 董事組成。董事局可行使學會的一切 權力，肩負為學會制定策略、方針及 政策的重任，並負責指導、支援及監 督行政總裁及秘書處的工作。 2022 年董事局成員的任命 2022 年董事局由十五名來自不同背景 的資深專業人士組成。於 2021 年 12 月 9 日舉行的第 24 屆周年大會中，陳鎮 洪先生、呂志宏先生、石鈞年先生、 湯 飈 先生及王中澤先生獲選為學會董 事，而李艷蘭女士再度當選為學會董 事。 由證監會委任的董事共有三位，包括 獲得首次委任的林俊明先生，以及獲 得繼續委任的何天佑先生及伍潔鏇女 士。 其他六名董事局成員包括周承炎先 生、吳格嵐先生、關蕙小姐、李輝敏 先生、林子傑先生及曾昭武先生，均 會續留任至其任期屆滿。 1 於 2021 年 12 月 9 日當選 2 於 2021 年 12 月 9 日離任 3 於 2021 年 9 月 30 日辭任 4 於 2021 年 12 月 9 日再獲委任 5 於 2021 年 12 月 9 日委任 6 於 2021 年 12 月 9 日連任 Wang Zhongze were elected as Board Directors, and Ms Phyllis Lee was re-elected at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 9 December 2021. T h r e e B o a r d D i r e c t o r s w e r e appointed by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), including the newly appointed Mr Jeremy Lam, and the two re-appointed Board Directors Mr Eric Ho and Ms Katherine Ng. The six other Board Directors – Mr David Chau, Mr Graham Cottingham, Miss Angelina Kwan, Mr Christopher Lee, Mr Kevin Liem and Mr Samuel Tsang – continue to hold office until the completion of their terms.
