41 香港證券及投資學會 二零二一年年報 University Collaboration We are pleased to partner with Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) to help their full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students enter the financial services industry. A new programme – Licensing Examination for Securities and Futures Intermediaries Practising Qua l i f i c a t i on P r og r amme ( LE Practising QP) was tailored for HKBU students. It covers LE Paper 1, 7 and 8, with the study support of online intensive training, tutorials and pre- examination preparation. A total of 43 students joined the programme, of which 28 students s u c c e s s f u l l y c o m p l e t e d t h e programme. A student was awarded t he HKS I I n s t i t u t e P r a c t i s i ng Certificate, as she passed all papers. More Outreach Collaboration The HKSI Institute is pleased to be the Honorable Sponsor of the 5th Joint University Investment Game 與大學合作 學會非常榮幸能與香港浸會大學合 作，協助該校的全日制本科生及研究 生投身金融服務業。 為此，我們特別設計了全新的「證券及 期貨從業員資格考試課程」，涵蓋資格 考試卷一、卷七及卷八，透過密集的 網上課堂、導修課及試前預習，全力 協助學生備試。 在 43 名參與學生中， 28 人成功完成課 程，其中一位更在 3 張考卷全數過關， 獲頒學會從業員資格證書。 合辦更多外展活動 一通集團於 2020 年 9 月 28 日至 11 月 3 日 舉辦第五屆聯大投資比賽 (JUIG5) ， 吸引來自 14 家院校、 20 個學生組織的 1,622 名年輕人參與。作為比賽的榮譽 贊助機構，我們亦善用機會，向參加 者講解學會可如何支援他們達成專業 目標。 比賽完畢後，學會時任董事兼個人會 籍外展委員會主席李鴻斌先生訪問了 全場總冠軍陳穎思小姐，並頒發「股票 之王」大獎。 資格考試折扣計劃 我們在 2020 年 10 月優化「資格考試折 扣計劃」，讓更多學生會員能以半價 報考資格考試卷一、卷七、卷八及卷 十二。截至 2021 年 3 月 31 日，共有 124 人次在新安排下報考。 (JUIG5) organised by I-Access Group, which took place from 28 September to 3 November 2020. The competition brought together a total of 1,622 participants from 20 student societies of 14 institutions – providing a great avenue for us to share the HKSI Institute’s range of support in helping students achieve their professional goals. Mr Victor Lee, then HKSI Institute Boa r d D i r ec t o r and I nd i v i dua l Membership Outreach Committee Chairman, moderated the post-game interview with the Overall Champion of JUIG5, Miss Chan Wing Sze, and presented an award to “The Stock Champion”. LE Discount Scheme The LE 50% discount scheme was enhanced in October 2020, to provide more discounted seats to our Student Members to enrol for LE Paper 1, 7, 8 and 12.
