It was an invaluable experience for us, having had the opportunity to work with industry experts and practitioners who are passionate in driving the good governance agenda. Further, we are grateful to the many invitations and collaboration opportunities to be a supporting organisation or venue sponsor, as well as to have our Board Directors serve on judging panels and speak at various occasions. Students & Young Professionals Outreach Nurturing young talents as leader for tomorrow remains high on the HKSI Institute priorities. Despite the challenging operating environment, we remain steadfast in creating meaningful programmes to better reach out to students and young professionals – in both online and offline modes. We also implemented a few initiatives to create value for and stay connected with our young members. Young Professionals Club (YPC) Unde r t he YPC, seven v i r t ua l webinars and mock interviews were held with over 400 enrolments. At these sessions moderated by YPC Conncil members, ve t e r an membe r s and senior executives shared candid views on the market, as well a s p r o v i d e d c a r e e r guidance and interview tips to young practitioners and students. Mentoring Programme I n i t s seven t h yea r , t he Mentoring Programme was revamped to better serve young members’ professional and personal development needs. The programme was right-sized to mentor-mentee ratios at 1:1 or 1:2 and both mentors and mentees can submit their choice of mentors/mentees to facilitate matching. The p r og r amme a t t r ac t ed t he participation of 43 mentees and 28 mentors. 在報告期內,港交所出版了《邁向良 好的企業管治及 ESG 管理》業界人士 觀點,學會非常榮幸能參與其事。過 程中,我們有機會與熱心推動良好企 業管治的專家和同業合作,經驗彌足 珍貴。 學會多番應邀擔任支持機構或提供場 地贊助,董事局成員亦不時獲邀出任 評審或演講嘉賓。我們對此衷心感 銘。 面向學生及年輕從業員的外 展活動 學會一向重視扶掖後進,為未來培育 良才,儘管營運環境挑戰重重,仍一 如以往,積極在網上或透過其他途徑 舉辦有意義的活動,希望接觸更多學 生和年輕從業員。另外,我們也推出 數項措施,致力為新一代會員創造價 值,與他們保持聯繫。 新銳會 新銳會舉辦了 7 次網上研討會及模擬面 試,合計報名人次逾 400 。在這些活 動中新銳會議會成員則擔任主持人, 我們邀得資深會員及高級行政人員坦 誠分享市場觀點,並為後輩和學生提 供就業指導和面試要訣。 師友計劃 已踏入第 7 年的「師友計劃」經過革新 後,更能配合年輕會員的專業及個人 發展需要。除了將導師與學員比例改 為 1:1 或 1:2 ,雙方均可提出屬意的 自選導師 / 學員,方便配對。 參與這屆「師友計劃」的學員及導師分 別有 43 及 28 人。
