This include organising a members-only webinar on 18 August 2020 with the Competition Commission, which highlighted the key elements of the Competition Ordinance and the implications for financial services practitioners. In addition, we shared updates on • Financial Services Development Council (FSDC)’s Practitioner Speakers Series and Industry Exchange Series webinars • Financial Industry Recruitment Scheme for Tomorrow (FIRST) – a suppo r t s c heme unde r HKSAR Government’s Anti- epidemic Fund, commissioned by the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau in collaboration with the FSDC • FinTech Anti-epidemic Scheme for Talent Development (FAST) – a job creation scheme established under HKSAR Government’s Anti- epidemic Fund and administered b y H o n g K o n g C y b e r p o r t Management Company Limited. A ded i ca t ed on l i ne b r i e f i ng session was also arranged for our Members. Corporate governance is a subject that is close to our hearts.
