31 香港證券及投資學會 二零二一年年報 Training and Development Despite the uncertainties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic during the reporting period, our training services ran with minimal disruptions. This is possible with the support of our well-established advanced learning platform (ALP) and professional learning and development team adopting an agile approach to deploy the continuous professional training (CPT) courses. We are committed in delivering CPT courses with high quality assurance standard, and the average course rating achieved 4.4 out of the 5.0 point scale. Advanced Learning Platform Our ALP enabled us to efficiently convert face-to-face training into webinar format in late April 2020. During the reporting period, we conducted over 140 public CPT courses with more than 96% in webinar format. In addition, we supported our corporate training clients and professional bodies in deploying around 86 training sessions, of which around 93% of them were webinars. 持續培訓 肺炎肆虐，衍生眾多不明朗因素，但 學會在期間仍成功將疫症對培訓服務 的影響減至最低。這是因為我們擁有 根基穩健的先進學習平台 (ALP) ，負 責有關事宜的團隊亦深懂應變之道， 能於舉辦持續專業培訓 (CPT) 課程時 採用靈活的策略。 我們致力提供符合質素保證標準的 CPT 課程，在以 5 分為最高的學員評 分機制下，課程平均得分均高達 4.4 分。 先進學習平台 憑藉先進學習平台的優勢，學會得以 於 2020 年 4 月底迅速將培訓模式從面 授改為網上學習。我們在期間舉辦了 逾 140 項公開 CPT 課程，超過 96% 屬 網上研討會。另外，我們也為機構客 戶及專業團體合共籌劃了約 86 節培訓 活動，當中約 93% 以網上研討會形式 進行。 市場焦點 持續培訓委員會成員透過引薦知名講 者、建議合適的培訓課程主題，以及 親身主持部分網上研討會，為學會的 培訓工作貢獻良多。我們的課程範圍 廣泛，涵蓋監管及合規；環境、社 會和管治 (ESG); 金融科技；虛擬資 產、資本市場；風險管理及市場新 知。在「提升資產財富管理業人才培訓 先導計劃」下，學會推出了 13 個全新 的高級程度講座，為資深從業員提供 更緊密的培訓。與香港金融科技協會 合作，則讓我們得以拓展與金融科技 有關的課程。另外，學會在期間亦擴 充了 CPT 網上課程庫，新增逾 20 項 關於監管及合規事宜的網上課程。 學會期間曾舉辦一系列 3 個有關監管 事宜的網上研討會，吸引 350 名人士 報名，香港及海外的專業團體亦獲邀 參與。參加者對這些活動反應正面， 無論是講者水平或討論深度，均獲好 評。 Market Focus The Education & Development Committee Members had provided tremendous support by referring high profile speakers, recommending relevant topics on training courses a n d mo d e r a t i n g s ome o f t h e webinars. A wide range of topics covering regulatory and compliance, ESG, Fintech, virtual assets, capital markets, risk management and market updates were offered. 13 new advanced level seminars under the WAM Pilot Programme were delivered to provide more condensed t r a i n i ng f o r expe r i enced WAM market practitioners. In addition, our partnership with Fintech Association of Hong Kong enabled us to offer more Fintech related topics. We also expanded our CPT eCourse library by adding more than 20 new eCourses on regulatory and compliance subjects. Our three regulatory webinar series had attracted 350 enrolments with invitations extended to professional bodies in Hong Kong and overseas. We received positive feedback from participants on the quality of the speakers and the depth of discussion.
