47 香港證券及投資學會 二零二零年年報 Talent Grooming Programmes Under the leadership of Mentoring P r o g a mm e a n d S c h o l a r s h i p Programme Chair Mr Barry Tong, we revamped these two key talent grooming initiatives, and created a new series – Industry Connectivity Programme - for Student Members. Industry Connectivity Programme This brand-new programme was launched to assist Student Members jump start their career, through informal gatherings, coffee chats and company visits. The programme aims to: • offer students an inside look of industry jobs and development at an early stage; • assist their transition from universities to workplace; Special CV Clinic conducted by Achievers for our young members 思賢人力資源有限公司代表向年輕會員講 解撰寫履歷表要訣 人才培育 在「師友計劃」及「獎學金計劃」主席湯 颷先生領導下,我們革新了這兩項重 頭人才培訓活動,並推出專為學生會 員而設的「走進業界」交流計劃。 「走進業界」交流計劃 此全新計劃旨在透過非正式聚會、咖 啡小聚及參觀業內機構,助學生會員 順利打入職場。其目標包括: • 讓同學及早瞭解金融服務業提供 的職位及發展前景; • 幫助他們從校園順利過渡職場; • 助同學走出課室,瞭解商業世界 的運作模式;以及 • 由事業有成的學會會員為他們提 供實用意見。 師友計劃 在師友計劃踏入 7 週年之際,我們大幅 革新了計劃內容,使其更貼近年輕會 員的個人發展需要,並加強導師與學 員之間的互動。我們參考之前多屆參 加者的意見,把每組導師與學員的比 例調整至 1:1 或 1:2 ,並改以畢業生和 年輕從業員為重點對象。 • enable them to understand business solutions beyond textbook; and • provide them with practical adv i ce f r om ou r ach i eved members. Mentoring Programme For the 7th cohort, we revamped the programme to better serve the personal development needs of young members and foster deeper engagement between mentors and mentees. Following the feedback from earlier cohorts, the key changes to the programme include right-sizing each group with mentor-mentee ratios at 1:1 or 1:2 and to focus on graduates and young practitioners.
