35 香港證券及投資學會 二零二零年年報 On the corporate level, we continued to deliver classroom trainings with more demand in eCourse corporate subscription packages that brought 1.2 times increase in revenue. We also offered learning management solutions to financial institutions as a new service offering. To reach out to small-and medium sized financial institutions, we introduced new consortium training sessions on thematic topics that suited their needs in December 2019. Standards and Insights During the reporting period, nine episodes of SI – Standards and Insights were released. We had the pleasure of market leaders and subject matter experts’ sharing unparalleled view of market trends, hot topics and regulatory matters on Fintech development; Regtech adoption; crypto asset investments; ESG; and green finance. Quality Assurance and Standards Enhancement Ma i n t a i n i n g t h e q u a l i t y a n d integrity of our qualification and professional development offerings are of utmost importance to us and industry stakeholders. As part of our stringent quality assurance policies and internal control procedures to uphold and enhance the quality and standards of our offerings, we conducted periodical reviews and updates of our study manuals and respective examination question banks as we l l as ou r l ea r n i ng solutions. During the reporting period, 10 study manuals and its question banks were updated to reflect the latest regulatory and market development which included SFC’s new regulatory a p p r o a c h f o r v i r t u a l a s s e t s , amendments to SFC’s Code on Unit Trusts and Mutual Funds, updates in SFC’s Code of Conduct related to over-the-counter derivatives, SFC’s guidelines for securities margin financing activities, amendments to Listing Rules related to backdoor l i s t i ng , new r egu l a t o r y r eg ime for insurance intermediaries and expansion of closing auction session of HKEX. I n a d d i t i o n , o u r p r o f e s s i o n a l development programmes recorded an average rating of 4.29 out of 5 by the participants, where 5 being excellent. We app r ec i a t e ou r commi t t ee members’ support in moderating our lunch seminars. We are also grateful to the reviewers and external assessors of our study manuals and examination questions, as well as to the advisors and contributors of our various professional examinations and training programmes. They provided significant and invaluable input in developing and maintaining the high quality of our offerings. 機構培訓服務方面,我們仍然提供面 授課程,但客戶對網上套裝課程的需 求甚殷,使有關收入增長 1.2 倍。另 外,學會亦新增為金融機構而設的「學 習管理方案」服務;為了讓更多中、小 型金融機構受惠,我們更因應其獨特 需要和感興趣的專題,於 2019 年 12 月 推出全新的聯合培訓課程。 《標準與灼見》 《標準與灼見》在報告期內發放了 9 集 短片。我們非常榮幸邀得市場領袖和 專家分享對市場走勢、熱門話題與監 管事宜的獨到見解,議題涵蓋金融科 技發展;監管科技的應用;加密資產 投資;環境、社會和企業管治;以及 綠色金融。 質素保證與提升標準 確保各項資格考試及專業培訓活動的 質素和公信力,對學會及業界至為重 要。為保持以至提升這方面的質素和 標準,我們奉行嚴謹的質素保證政策 及內部監管程序,定期審視並更新溫 習手冊、試題庫及課程內容。 為緊貼最新監管規定及市場發展,我 們在報告期內更新了 10 套溫習手冊及 相應的試題庫,包括證監會有關虛擬 資產的新監管策略、證監會對單位信 託基金及互惠基金守則的修訂、證監 會有關場外衍生工具的新行為守則、 證監會關於證券保證金融資活動的指 引、與借殼上市有關的《上市規則》修 訂、保險中介人新監管制度,以及香 港交易所擴大收市競價交易時段。 我們的專業培訓課程口碑甚佳,獲學 員給予高達 4.29 的平均評分 (5 分為最 高 ) 。 我們感謝委員會成員主持午餐研討 會,同時亦感激從各溫習手冊及試題 審閱員╱評審員,以至不同專業資格 考試和培訓計劃的顧問,均不吝嗇給 予我們寶貴意見,對學會策劃和持續 開辦優質活動至關重要。
