73 香港證券及投資學會 二零一九年年報 We care about the welfare of our people and provide flexible work arrangements for employees who may need to work-from-home or get off work on occasions to attend to personal matters. This includes other family-friendly employment practices such as shorter work week for working mothers who may have such requirements. Comprehensive medical insurance plan is also provided to employees and their dependents to protect and support their health and well- being. Additional coverage such as the influenza vaccination subsidy scheme was also introduced to all staff effective from 1 January 2019. Learning and Development We continue to invest in our people and support them by providing a range of technical and soft-skills development trainings to future- proof our workforce and help them achieve their full potential. Ou r peop l e have f r ee access to the seminars and trainings offered at the HKSI Institute, whilst enabling them to manage their development needs efficiently and systematically through the S t a f f L e a r n i n g Ma n a g eme n t System. Other external trainings such as on artificial intelligence, corruption prevention, competition law, cybersecurity and digital communication and marketing were also arranged to provide our people an all-round learning opportunity. Caring Culture C o r e v a l u e s o f i n t e g r i t y , professionalism and innovation are the heart of what HKSI Institute and our people stand for, and we nurture a caring culture at the HKSI Institute. A special holiday was granted to all staff on Christmas eve last year, providing a welcomed day off with family and friends. In addition to caring for our people, members, customers and other stakeholders, we support the sustainable development of our communities. We supported The Community Chest’s Dress Casual Day and made donations to help those in need. The adoption of digital processes for many of our operation practices also helped to reduce paper consumption and do our bit in environmental protection. 學會重視員工的需要,因此提供彈 性安排,方便有需要在家工作或因 私事而須不時請假的同事。我們亦 實施一系列「家庭友善」措施,如容 許在職母親減少每周的上班日數。 我們除了設有全面的醫療保險計 劃,涵蓋所有員工及其家屬,更於 2019 年 1 月 1 日起推出惠及全體同事 的注射流感疫苗資助計劃,提供額 外保障。 個人進修與發展 為確保員工與時並進,盡展潛能, 迎合未來需要,我們持續培養人 才,為同事提供適切的專業及軟技 能培訓。 同事可免費參加於學會舉行的各類 講座及培訓班,並透過「員工進修管 理系統」快捷妥善地管理上課安排。 外部培訓方面,則涵蓋人工智能、 防貪、競爭法、網絡安全、數碼通 訊及推廣等專題,同事可藉此認識 不同範疇的資訊,拓展眼界。 關愛文化 學會和全體員工除了捍衛「秉持操 守、堅守專業、勇於創新」的核心價 值,也積極培養關愛文化。去年平 安夜,所有員工都給予一個特別的 假期,與家人和朋友歡度假日。 重視同事、會員、客戶及其他持份 者感受之餘,我們也支持社會的可 持續發展,如參加公益金「便服日」 及捐助有需要人士。另外,學會的 日常運作已大規模電子化,減少用 紙,為保護環境出力。
