It is of utmost importance of ensuring that relevant support system is in place to attract and retain talent, and let our people flourish. 學會以強化、提升及推廣香港金融服 務業的卓越專業水平為使命,成功與 否,實有賴員工各司其職,全力支 持。因此,我們必須確保學會設有適 切的支援制度,不僅足以吸引和挽留 人才,更要讓同事各展所長,人盡其 才。 員工福祉 學會奉行「以人為本」的政策,以發 揮員工潛能為目標。我們除了確保 同事獲得合理薪酬,亦鼓勵他們多 接觸和認識其他部門的同袍,增進 對學會的歸屬感。 員工康樂委員會經常舉辦春茗、聖 誕聯歡等活動,藉此增進同事之間 的情誼。每年的員工派對,都會獲 學會董事會及高級管理層捐贈禮物 作抽獎之用,增添氣氛。 員工康樂委員會的各部門代表如下: Staff Wellness We emb r ace peop l e - f ocused policies and initiatives that bring out the best in our people. We ensure that they are remunerated equitably, and we encourage staff engagements throughout the year and across departments. The Staff Recreation Committee (SRC) often organises activities s u c h a s t h e S p r i n g D i n n e r , Christmas Party and the various staff parties to foster camaraderie among fellow colleagues. The annual parties were made festive with lucky draw prizes contributed by the Board Directors and senior management.
