69 香港證券及投資學會 二零一九年年報 As part of our outreach initiatives, various promotion campaigns on the importance of competency enhancement and early career planning were organised under the WAM Pilot Programme. Several promotion campaigns through digital communication channels such as Google and Facebook were deployed, reaching more than 324,600 people during the reporting period. Campus Visits We held several visits to local universities during the reporting period. We were pleased to reach out to students from the Hong Kong University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Lingnan University on the various development programmes offered through the HKSI Institute. We were also privileged to have our Board Director and Committee Members, Mr Victor Lee, Ms Alison Cheung and Mr Lewis Wan respectively, to share their personal experiences and speak on industry-specific subjects, providing fresh perspectives to students on their career development plans. External Engagements We maintain active engagements with industry stakeholders as it impacts our effectiveness in contributing to the development of the industry. We had the pleasure of hosting visits at the HKSI Institute, such as the visit by students under the FSTB’s Cross-Boundary Study Tour for Post-Secondary Financial Talents. The programme was supported by the Shanghai Municipal Government Financial Services Office, and the visit to HKSI Institute was aimed to learn more about the investment industry in Hong Kong. We were also delighted to have an interactive sharing session with the Association of Women Accountants Hong Kong at the HKSI Institute in July 2018. It was rewarding to discuss about our professional development and talent grooming initiatives, and how we could do more for our community. 學會的外展活動還包括為「資產財 富管理業先導計劃」下開展各項宣 傳計劃，強調提升執業能力和及早 規劃事業藍圖的重要性。我們透過 Google 、 Facebook 等數碼媒體開展 宣傳工作，在報告期內成功接觸逾 324,600 人次。 到訪大學 我們在報告期內曾到訪香港大學、 香港科技大學及嶺南大學，向同學 介紹學會提供的各項專業發展計 劃，並邀得學會董事╱委員會成員 李鴻斌先生、張潔雯女士及尹滿華 先生，與年輕人分享個人經驗及介 紹與金融服務業有關的專題，讓同 學在規劃事業發展時增添新角度。 外部聯繫 我們一向致力與各持份者保持聯 繫，因此舉有助學會為金融服務業 的發展作出貢獻。學會在報告期內 接待了不少來賓，如參加財經事務 及庫務局「滬港金融專業大學本科生 交流及考察計劃」的中國內地同學。 此計劃獲上海市金融服務辦公室大 力支持，內地同學拜訪學會，是為 了增進對香港投資服務業的認識。 香港女會計師協會會員於 2018 年 7 月到訪，雙方坦誠討論學會的專業 發展及人才培訓措施，以及學會增 強服務專業社群的方法。我們對這 些交流深感欣喜。 The Career Fair received continued support from the universities, as well as the local and international financial organisations to promote the WAM sector to the public. 職業博覽繼續得到各大學和 本地及國際金融機構的支 持，向公眾推廣資產及財富 管理行業。
