MEMBER ENGAGEMENTS & OUTREACH INITIATIVES 會員參與及外展活動 BUS I NESS REV I EW 業務回顧 64 Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Annual Report 2019 Scholarship Programme The HKSI Institute Scholarship Programme launched in 2004, has evolved over time to meet the developing needs of full-time undergraduate students. The r e a r e 82 pa r t i c i pan t s f o r t h e 2018 / 2019 S c h o l a r s h i p Programme, which marked a 14% increase from last year. Each awardee received a free one- year membership from the HKSI Institute, eCredits of HK$3,000 to attend our courses, seminars or examinations, as well as a cash prize. Awardees of the 2017/2018 cohort with their mentors and senior representatives of the HKSI Institute. 2017/2018 年度「師友計劃」得 獎學員與導師及學會高級行 政人員合照。 T h i s y e a r , t h e S c h o l a r s h i p Programme adopted a different assessment where eight finalists were required to work in pairs on a research project. The four groups worked with the respective sponso r ’ s f i rm t o ga i n be t t e r understanding of the firm’s business sector, followed by a panel interview session on their learning experience to compete for the individual and team awards. The HKSI Institute is grateful to the tremendous support received from the various sponsor firms and panel judges for our talent development programme. 獎學金計劃 學會於 2004 年推出獎學金計劃以 來，一直與時並進，全力配合大學 全日制學生的需要。 2018/2019 年度獎學金計劃的參加者 有 82 位，較去年增長 14% 。每位得 獎同學可獲一年學會免費會籍、可 用作參加學會課程、講座或考試的 3,000 港元電子積分，以及現金獎。 今年，獎學金計劃採用全新的評核 模式：晉身最後 8 強的同學須每 2 人 一組，分別研究四間贊助機構所屬 的界別。研究完成後，他們要接受 評審團面試，競逐個人及隊際的獎 項。 對於鼎力支持這項計劃的各贊助機 構及評審團成員，我們謹致謝忱。
