MEMBER ENGAGEMENTS & OUTREACH INITIATIVES 會員參與及外展活動 BUS I NESS REV I EW 業務回顧 46 Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Annual Report 2019 Young Professionals Club The Young Professionals Club (YPC) is a dedicated platform for members aged 40 or below. It aims to better support young members in their pursuit to develop their careers, expand professional n e t wo r k s a n d s h a r p e n t h e i r leadership skills. YPC’s initiatives are driven by the YPC Council, who plans and organises relevant activities to effectively reach out to young p r o f e s s i o n a l s . S ome o f t h e programmes carried out during the reporting period include the Beer Pong networking event and the new “Meet Our Leaders” series. 新銳會 新銳會是專為 40 歲或以下會員而設 的平台，旨在增強對新一代會員的 支援，助他們發展事業，拓展專業 人脈，磨練領導才能。 新銳會的活動由新銳會議會策劃、 設計和籌備，面向年輕專業人士。 在本報告期內舉辦的投杯球聯誼賽 和「與領袖同行」系列活動，都是箇 中例子。 新銳會會員不但可享有秋季晚宴等 大型活動的門券優惠，更有機會競 逐個人及機構會員為支持培育後進 而贊助的考察團名額。 我們非常感謝在過去幾年擔任新銳 會議會成員的年輕會員。今年，新 一代的後起之秀將會接棒，在 2019 – 2021 年度傳承前輩的工作，服務 會員社群。 Th r o u g h t h e YPC , memb e r s get to enjoy special prices to attend key events such as the signature Autumn Dinner, and the opportunities to compete for sponsored study mission trips, thanks to Individual and Corporate Members who are great proponents of young talent grooming initiatives.
