MEMBER ENGAGEMENTS & OUTREACH INITIATIVES 會員參與及外展活動 BUS I NESS REV I EW 業務回顧 44 Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Annual Report 2019 Our long-standing commitment is to facilitate a diverse and vibrant professional community, providing a supportive environment for members, students, new entrants, and practitioners alike to flourish in the financial services industry as well as to recognise members’ contribution and effort. 學會一貫致力建立多元化和朝氣勃 勃的專業社群，除了為會員、學 生、業界新人以至資深從業員提供 支援，協助他們在金融服務業盡展 所長，亦會表揚會員的成就和貢獻。 Our Community As of 31 March 2019, the numbers o f I n d i v i d u a l Memb e r s a n d Corporate Members stood at 2,500 (2018: 2,443) and 147 (2018: 147) respectively. Among our Individual Memb e r s , 84 (2018: 77) a r e Corporate Nominees nominated by Corporate Members. New Committees Beg i nn i ng Janua r y 2019, t he initial Outreach Committee was expanded to form the Individual Membership Outreach Committee and the Corporate Membership Outreach Committee, to deepen our relationship with members and to broaden our reach through members’ network. Both committees oversee the overall membership strategy, priorities and value propositions to attract, recruit and retain members of the various target groups. The move reaffirms our commitment to better serve our individual and corporate members and enhance the quality of our service offerings. Corporate Advisory Council The Corporate Advisory Council (CAC) comprises senior executives from local, Mainland, regional and international financial services firms. It is the thought leadership f o r um o f t h e HKS I I n s t i t u t e , providing counsel and guidance on our initiatives for our Corporate Members. 會員社群 截至 2019 年 3 月 31 日，個人會員與 機構會員的數目分別為 2,500 (2018 ： 2,443) 及 147 (2018 ： 147) 。個人會 員中， 84 人 (2018 ： 77) 屬於由機構會 員提名的機構提名會員。 成立新委員會 為加強與會員聯繫，並透過會員網 絡拓展影響力，原有的外展委員會 於 2019 年 1 月起一分為二，成為「個 人會籍外展委員會」及「機構會籍外 展委員會」。 兩個委員會負責檢視相關的整體會 員政策、優次及價值定位，以吸引 和招募屬於不同目標群組的會員， 並使其保留會籍。此舉有助學會履 行致力服務個人及機構會員，精益 求精的承諾。 機構諮詢委員會 機構諮詢委員會由本地、中國內 地、區域及國際金融服務機構的高 級行政人員組成。委員會是學會領 導層集思廣益之處，就有關機構會 員的策略及活動給予意見及指導。 CAC Members and Board Directors enjoying the vibrant social and sporting atmosphere at the Horse Racing Evening on 20 March 2019. 機構諮詢委員會成員及學會董事出 席 2019 年 3 月 20 日的賽馬之夜，杯 酒言歡。
