41 香港證券及投資學會 二零一九年年報 Standards and Insights As part of our digital transformation journey, we converted our former quarterly newsletter “SI – Standards and Insights”, into bite-size video clip format, featuring subject matter experts’ exclusive insights on market hot topics and regulatory matters. During the reporting period, 11 bite- sized videos were published via our social media platforms on the topics of anti-money laundering, crypto asset investments, Fintech development, China-US trade war, Hong Kong dollars’ peg system review, etc. Financial Incentive Scheme under the WAM Pilot Programme As part of Hong Kong’s effort to support the WAM sector, the HKSI Institute continued to offer more related eligible WAM training p r og r ammes t o he l p ex i s t i ng practitioners maintain high level of professionalism in the changing ma r ke t and he l p p r ospec t i ve practitioners to enter into the sector. Apart from the joint TTC programme offered in August 2018, we took the lead in developing a series of WAM Advanced Seminars which were well attended by WAM or financial services practitioners. Under the Financial Incentive Scheme (FIS) of the WAM Pilot Programme, upon satisfactory completion of the eligible courses, eligible individuals can receive up to 80% of the course fees, subject to a maximum of HK$7,000 (whichever is lower) over the three-year period from 2016 to 2019. 《標準與灼見》 學會朝數碼化發展的其中一項措 施，就是把《標準與灼見》季刊的內 容分拆為多條精簡的視頻上載，由 專家講述對市場熱門話題及監管事 宜的獨到見解。 在報告期內，我們在學會的社交平 台發放了 11 條短片，主題涵蓋反 洗錢、投資加密資產、金融科技發 展、中美貿易戰、檢討港元聯繫匯 率等。 「資產財富管理業先導計劃」之專業 培訓資助計劃 為促進資產及財富管理業在香港的 發展，學會持續為「資產財富管理業 先導計劃」提供更多認可培訓課程， 一方面協助現職從業員緊貼市場形 勢，維持專業水平，另一方面則為 有志晉身上述行業的新秀開拓發展 之路。除了在 2018 年 8 月與香港信 託人公會推出合辦信託培訓證書課 程，我們亦牽頭策劃了一系列深造 講座，吸引不少資產財富管理業或 金融服務業人士參加。 根據「資產財富管理業先導計劃」之 專業培訓資助計劃 (FIS) ，凡成功 修畢認可課程的合資格人士，可於 2016 至 2019 這 3 年內取回最高八成 學費，上限為 7,000 港元（以數額較 少者為準）。
