The Continuing Education Fund (CEF) subsidizes adults with learning aspirations to pursue continuing education and training courses. Eligible applicants will be reimbursed 80% of their fees, subject to a maximum sum of HK$10,000, on successful completion of an approved course.

The following courses offered by the HKSI have been included in the list of reimbursable courses for CEF purposes.
Application Procedures
- Application form (SFAA 192(2002)) will be available in District Offices, Office of the Continuing Education Fund and the website http://www.info.gov.hk/sfaa/cef.
- Completed application form together with photocopies of supporting documents should be mailed to the Office of the Continuing Education Fund, Room 1212, 12/F., Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon.
- Applicants must submit their applications as soon as they enroll in and pay for the course for which reimbursement of fees is to be made. Applications must be sent before the commencement of the course. Late applications will not be accepted.
