The Seventh PRC Securities Regulations Examination
Preparatory Course
In line with the launching
of PRC Securities Regulations Examination to be held
in May 2010, the Institute
will offer the
Seventh PRC Securities Regulations Examination
Preparatory Course from 1 May, 2 May, 8 May and 9
May
2010
(Chinese version only) in Hong Kong. The course is
designed to help candidates
prepare for the examination
and to allow members of the public and Hong Kong
practitioners to learn more about the laws and
regulations of securities industry in Mainland
China.

Under the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA),
effective as of 1 January 2004, Mainland professionals (defined as PRC nationals
possessing valid securities or futures practising qualifications in Mainland China)
are recognised by the
Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) as holding relevant
industry qualifications to practice in Hong Kong.
In line with the launching of Licensing Examination for Securities and Futures
Intermediaries (LE) to Mainland professionals in Shanghai and Shenzhen, the Institute joined forces with GECâChina
in offering an electronic learning, aiming to facilitate members of the public and Mainland professionals to
understand the laws and regulations of Hong Kong Securities and Futures Industry. For more information,
