Hong Kong Securities Institute Appointed New Board Directors and
Re-elected Ms Barbara SHIU as Chairman
The 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hong Kong Securities Institute was held on Thursday, 10 December 2009. During the meeting, the following
seven new board directors were appointed. Ms Barbara SHIU was re-elected as Chairman at the inaugural meeting of the Board held immediately after the AGM.
