Hong Kong Securities Institute
Appoints New Directors and
Re-elects Mr Alec Tsui as Chairman

The Sixth AGM of the Hong Kong Securities Institute was held on 17 December 2003. During the meeting, eight directors were appoint. Followed by the AGM, Mr Alec Tsui was re-elected at the Board Meeting as Chairman of the Institute.

The following five HKSI members were also elected as Directors of the Board:

Prof KC Chan :	Dean of Business and Management and Professor of Finance Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
Mr Lawrence Kwong Man Fok :	Deputy Chief Operating Officer Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited
Mr Edward Pak Chung Kwan :	Chief Executive Officer HSBC Broking Services (Asia) Limited
Mr Dannis Jor Hung Lee :	Chairman DL Brokerage Limited

In addition, three additional directors appointed by the Securities and Futures Commission are:
