Highlights :

This issue, entitled "Governance, Ethics and Measures against Market Misconduct", will look at the ways of improving the professional standards of our financial industry in terms of regulations, governance and business ethics. Mr Eugene Goyne of SFC, Mr Simon Berry of Allen & Overy, Ms Rita Lily Liaw of ICAC, Mr Lawrence Ho of Melco International Development Ltd talked to the Journal and shared their opinions and concerns in the cover stories.

During an interview with the Journal, Mr Young-Tak Lee, Chairman and CEO of Korean Exchange (KRX), talked about the future of KRX and the progress of demutualization as well as their regional ambitions going forward.

Mr Vincent Kwan, Director and General Manager of HSI Services Ltd, also discussed the new composition of Hang Seng Index and how it will affect the market in our Feature Column.

Finally, we are pleased to have our member Mr John Williamson, Managing Director and Head of Asia Infrastructure at Morgan Stanley to share his experience in managing a complex business in Asia in our Member Profile Column.
