Over
1,200 members and practitioners responded
The Institute is
pleased to announce that the HKSI Web Survey
2009 has been concluded recently with over
1,200 valid responses received from our
members and practitioners. The survey
result provides many useful information and
insights for the Institute to consider for
the web enhancement planning. A lucky draw
has been made. Each of the 10 lucky draw
winners will receive a complimentary copy of
the latest business and finance titles
sponsored by publishers.

Nomination for HKSI Fellowship
In recognition of the
longstanding support and continuous contribution
of HKSI members to the Hong Kong financial
industry, the Institute introduced the HKSI
Fellowship in 2003 for senior members to pursue
in parallel with their status and prestige in
the Institute and industry. There are 34
Fellows since launched; they are all senior
industry professionals and significantly
dedicate their efforts to uphold Hong Kong as a
leading international financial centre.
The application for
progression to fellows is an annual exercise for
Ordinary Members. All current Ordinary Members
with 15 years industry experience and
at least
5 years HKSI Ordinary Membership,
having made a significant contribution to the
Institute and industry, are now invited to
apply. Alternatively, Ordinary Members holding
the HKSI Professional Diploma in Financial
Markets (PDFM) or the HKSI Diploma Programme
Examination (DPE) qualification with 7 years
post admission experience will also be
eligible. Click

Completed nomination form,
with a non-refundable administrative fee of
HK$500 should be submitted to the Institute
no later than 31 July 2010.
Each application needs to be endorsed by two
Ordinary Members acting as nominators.
The applications will be assessed by the
Nomination Committee which makes recommendation
to the Board for approval.
