Association of Certified
International Investment Analysts (ACIIA®)
The PDFM has been accredited by the ACIIA®,
an international professional body with members
from 29 countries and regions. PDFM Graduates are
exempted from taking the ACIIA®'s Foundation
Examination and National Examination. They may proceed
directly to the Final Examination to attain the
CIIA® qualification.
The Investment Dealers Association of Canada
(IDA)
The IDA has confirmed that applicants wishing to
practise in the securities industry in Canada who
were licensed in Hong Kong through completion of
the PDFM need only pass the New Entrants Course
of the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) to be
exempted from writing the Canadian Securities Course
(CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination
(CPH).
Curtin University of Technology, Australia
The PDFM has been recognised by Curtin University
of Technology, Australia. PDFM Graduates are eligible
for admission to Curtin University's Master of Finance
programme with three subjects, namely Finance (Statement
Analysis), Finance (Instruments and Markets) and
Finance (Portfolio Management), exempted. This programme
is currently offered in Hong Kong through Curtin
University's collaboration with the Open University
of Hong Kong (OUHK).
Napier University, Scotland
The PDFM has been recognised by Napier University,
Scotland. PDFM Students who have passed PDFM Modules
1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 are eligible for entry to Level
4 of Napier University's BA(Hons) Financial Services
programme. This programme is currently offered in
Hong Kong through Napier University's collaboration
with The School of Professional and Continuing Education
of the University of Hong Kong (HKU SPACE).
The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
The PDFM has been recognised by the ACCA for exemptions from Papers F3 and F9 of the ACCA Qualification, and Papers T1, T3, T6, and T10 from the Certified Accounting Technician (CAT).

Association, Inc.)
The HKSI is seeking confirmation from LOMA of its
recognition of the PDFM for Professional Achievement
Credits (PACs) in its Fellow, Financial Services
Institute (FFSI) Program.
