Candidates who purchase Study
Manuals for those LE papers for which they have
enrolled, the benefit will be
expired after
the next examination date.
Following
the publication of second-edition study manuals for
Papers 6 and 12 of the LE, the HKSI is
pleased to
announce the publication of its second-edition study
manual for Paper 9.
The HKSI
has revised the study manuals to reflect the latest
requirements and to improve learning efficiency. There
have been no changes to the syllabuses except that some
new sections are added to reflect the current market
situation.
The second-edition study manuals for other papers of the
LE will be published as and when ready.
A grace period will be given prior to the effective
dates of the LEs of the second-edition study manuals.
The grace period will be approximately two months
starting from when the second-edition study manuals are
first published. The grace period and the effective
dates of the LEs are as follows:

and/or regulations, the HKSI publishes updates to its
study manuals periodically. The following updates are
produced in order to reflect the latest amendments,
corrections and/or the latest changes in the industry
and/or laws and regulations. You can easily update your
study manuals by downloading the appropriate sections
from the links below. After printing the pages, remove
the indicated pages from your existing Study Manuals and
replace them with the downloaded versions as
illustrated.
