The LE has two core papers and eight specialised papers, which focus on regulatory and technical matters. All examination papers will be offered in both English and Chinese. All examination questions will be compulsory and will be set in multiple-choice (MC) format. Under normal circumstances, all papers will be offered once a month. The passing mark is 70%.
