This HKSI Scholarship Programme was introduced in 2004; the aim of this programme is to serve as a gateway to assist the next generation of finance professionals enters the exciting financial market.

A total of 3 Senior HKSI Scholarships are available to each participating university for distribution to the top business and finance graduates and a total of 6 Junior HKSI Scholarships are available to 2nd year business and finance students.

Each university will conduct its own assessment of their students and recommend the names of the top business and finance students to HKSI.

The Senior HKSI Scholarship Award (for final year business and finance students) will include:

- Complimentary access to 6 selected HKSI training programmes
- Complimentary access to 6 selected HKSI professional events
- A free set of HKSI Licensing Examination study manuals
- Complimentary subscription of the Hong Kong Securities Journal for one year

The Junior HKSI Scholarship Award (for 2nd year business and finance students) will include:

- Complimentary access to 2 selected HKSI training programmes
- Complimentary access to 1 selected HKSI professional event

HKSI Scholarship Award Ceremony 2006/07

The third HKSI Scholarship Award Ceremony was successfully held on Thursday, 19 April 2007  at the American Club, over 80 guests and students attended the ceremony.

We are delighted that the HKSI Scholarship programme was well received among the student community and this year around 200 finance students applied for the award. At the evening, top students from 7 major Hong Kong universities gathered to receive the Award.

Once again, we would like to congratulate all winners for their excellent academic achievement and thank you everyone's for their continuous contribution to make this event a success.
